What this WiFi LED mode means is that the device is connected to your WiFi router but cannot connect to the Internet.
If it took several minutes for the WiFi LED to even start blinking (ie. for the device to receive WiFi parameters from your phone) then it means you have placed the device in a place with either a very weak signal from your router or with very strong interference on IEEE 802.11b/g frequencies. Please move the AirPatrol device closer to your WiFi router and start the pairing process from the beginning on your phone.
It is unpossible to reset by Pressing test&Pairing Buttons same Time. I Plug to the 5V again and again Allways blinking and no reset possible S/N 207411 Air Patrol wifi
